The website is pretty good, although not the easiest to navigate when looking for the outlet items. Overall good in every other regard and prompt customer service if you have an issue. I will say the return policy is very strict and not the best. I own several Ororo products now and they all preform well. The fit is iffy depending on the product, but pretty accurate. Quality is top notch. I’ve never had any complaints. I would say it’s pricey, but you’re going to get a quality product that does what it says. It’s up to you to decide if it’s worth it
