I love my new Oro heated vest. I get cold very fast due to my autoimmune disease, so surely this will keep me warm this coming winter. Unfortunately, when I got my vest it was too tight so I had to return it due to a mis-sizing issue. Being it was a close out,I thought I was unable to return it. However, I was glad to work with Luke who helped me with my exchange process even though it was an open box item. He worked with me to get the exchange for the vest size I wanted. It was a pretty quick snd painless exchange process. Despite the extra shipping cost to exchange it, I am happy I did, and loving my new vest. Thanks Oro and Luke. Loving my new vest already. Dianne
