I have not yet worn my heated vest as it still summer. I have had to speak to Customerservice several times via email. Customerservice provides quick and thorough response. The best is very nice. I purchased a small, and way 95 pounds. The quality is exceptional of the vest. I’m not sure if I should consider a smaller size.
