From looking at the website, ordering to receiving my goods, the whole process was swift and convenient. I made an unknown error with the delivery address postcode and was 'gob-smacked' to receive an email from Oli the following morning (Sunday) to check if I had made a mistake. Didn't expect anyone to be working that early on a Sunday. Overall, well impressed with the whole experience.
