Responds quick to emails but had a faulty item which with their policy meant I had to return and then asked to buy another and send the original back for refund. This is nit really on with high value items let alone the time I have wasted fitting the parts and consumables such as coolant that got wasted. I bought the airtech expansion tank for my R53 and it leaked on the seam to the neck. Have put photo’s below. This is a expensive product and very disappointed at that and the service. Did get refund through quickly once item had gone back though.
