Website, service and communication all worked seamlessly. Very happy with these aspects and I would use OPL again. If i had one grumble it was that an insurance flyer card had been included in the package but some of the print and paper surface of the card had come off and glued itself to the nice shiny sticky surface of the wiper delete. I was going to send it back but i managed to wet the offending items and carefully remove them without damaging the wiper delete surface or the sticky backing. A piece of plastic or wax paper sandwiching the delete would have prevented this. It was minor and won't stop me using OPL again. thanks graham
