When I ordered my products they was immediately dispatched unfortunately DHL let me down and lost the parcel and did not communicate this to myself or Oli at Orranje. This meant in a delay of over a week. In that time Oli kept me updated and once there was confirmation from DHL that they had lost the parcel Oli was extremely quick and efficient to order me another one changing the delivery address for me. I am completely satisfied with my experience and will be using these guys again in the near future. I cannot sing high enough praise for you. Thank you for all your help
