Discount Applied? No, they lied.
Orvis.com applied a "SAVE10" discount code to my $100 order, but did not actually use it to change my order total by 10% as claimed. When I called customer service to ask why, they just said sometimes our platform says a discount is applied but it is not actually eligible. Say what? Why would you tell a customer in writing that a discount is applied when it isn't applied? Sounds like a lie to me.
