Bought my first product from them because I heard how great they were. I registered my new $1000 rod on their online portal and lo and behold my first trip out I fund the end eyelet wasn't even glued on. I reached out and even though I registered the rid through their portal they dont have record. You're supposed to have a new rod piece in 5 days but they are having a difficult problem even getting me an email response in 2 days. Last Orvis product I will ever buy.
