Communication is absolutely dismal, they take at least a week to reply to every message even if they’re urgent, it’s so incredibly frustrating. I placed an order and quickly requested to cancel it the next day after stumbling on some bad reviews. Because customer service is so incredibly bad it actually arrived in my country before they even bothered to write back to me about my request. I also had to pay a lot of import duty, although to return the order I need to send it to Poland. I’m not sure why they can’t be dispatched for within the EU also in that case. All in all I’m out a lot of money returning it (shipping x 2, €150 import duty plus a 25% restocking fee). The restocking fee feels extremely cheeky considering my order could have been cancelled in time if anyone had bothered to read my email.
