“Communication is absolutely dismal, they take at least a week to reply to every message even if they’re urgent, it’s so incredibly frustrating. I placed an order and quickly requested to cancel it the next day after stumbling on some bad reviews. Because customer service is so incredibly bad it actually arrived in my country before they even bothered to write back to me about my request. I also had to pay a lot of import duty, although to return the order I need to send it to Poland. I’m not sure why they can’t be dispatched for within the EU also in that case. All in all I’m out a lot of money returning it (shipping x 2, €150 import duty plus a 25% restocking fee). The restocking fee feels extremely cheeky considering my order could have been cancelled in time if anyone had bothered to read my email.”
“Very satisfied with your product. Although, our cat was ok until she turned 10 months, never wondering around or jumping the walls, out of a sudden she discovered the reality behinds the walls of our garden. When we saw this , got really scared that she might leave the premises of our garden and not being able to comeback as she was familiar just with the indoor and our back garden . She had many attempts to escape, before we installed the Oscillot system, and always had to look for her in our neighbours garden. The day we installed the system, she was watching the whole process, and we let her try to jump the wall, and she got a safe fall back from the edge of the wall, because of the system. Never since then , we saw her jumping, either she never tried again, or maybe she tried but the system made her return back on the ground. Either way, we got the confidence to let her stay in the garden for hours without supervision, and we know she is always safe.
