Osmosis is excellent in currently studying Anatomy and Physiology, I've been reading through books and struggling understand things. So l tried Osmosis the videos on here are excellent and I'm able to understand things alot better seeing it in video. All the videos are the same standards if not better than in the books. If your struggling to understand AnP definitely try Osmosis.
