During medical school there seems to be this notion that you must maximise the clinical experience to learn how to become a doctor and this has led to me being sat surrounded by qualified doctors who are all talking absolute jibberish and expecting me to be able to follow. There seems to have been this missed step where the medical schools have forgotten to actually explain pathophysiology in their haste to thrust us into the medical world. For anyone who feels like this, osmosis is the absolute dream. Fast, easy to understand pathophysiology and diagnostic videos with handy explanations that even the most steadfast science avoiders in our ranks can’t help but love. Good questions and useful presentations for all the most high yield areas has given me a much need framework to build my educational career on (not exactly sure what I’m paying the medical school for now but hey ho that’s the world we live in). The price may put you off initially but honestly after having it a week I am already miles ahead of where I would have been without it. As medical educators you must all be commended at osmosis and I will be using you all the way through to finals. Bravo, and keep up the good work
