Fantastic tool, especially in subjects like microbiology that often have us "memorizing without understanding", because Osmosis explains the "why" something occurs enough so that it makes sense (more so than resources like Sketchy), but not too much so that it becomes irrelevant (like in many textbooks). My biggest complaint would be lack of proper tagging on the Anking deck that many medical school students use. I use that deck extensively and if Osmosis were tagged, I'd completely ditch Boards & Beyond in favor of Osmosis.
