I usually use vids. They are good, but some of them sometimes lack "high yield" key points professors like to ask on exams. Hard to give specific examples, because they are many minor points and many videos that I saw over the years.
That being said, I use only videos to help me go over such high yield key points without cramming lots of useless book info. The more little key points you have, the better the videos are.
