I think the product is excellent, however, it does not fully tailor to the exams in med school outside of the USMLE. I would recommend cooperation with local osmosis users (as in a particular country) to best define a custom playlist and provide additional commentary with relevance to the national exams. Aside from this, osmosis is a fantastic resource since it is not basen on rote memorisation, but rather simple, graphic pathophysiology.
