1) there are too many topics without a video or without high yield notes or even not covered at all. 2) the high yield notes can not be dowloaded to use them without internet. I know that you want to protect your products from spreading for free and you want the custemers to keep renewing the plan, but you should keep in mind that the custmers are paying and have their own rights also! So, try to make balance between your favors and custemer's favors. 3) I faced technical issues with changing my password and choosing my school which was not in the list. 4) I think you should add more and improve your products. I was very interested to join to Osmosis but I was really diappointed. Thank you
