I would have given you all a 5 star or excellent review. However, your false advertisement about shipping and the customer service I received in response to the shipping rates brought you all down to a 2.5 - 3. I was head over heels until that happened. You all did nothing to help it - NOTHING but "we have no control over shipping rates." Then don't advertise free shipping in the US. Then you all ask me to send proof that I paid shipping as if you don't have a copy of the order. Actually which takes your score down another notch to very poor - poor!
