The brass collar on the umbrella had marks on it , clearly from the manufacturing process, I don't mean the type that rub off, also the umbrella said auto opening and closing, was going to send it back until I checked with customer service who had to check, and confirmed that was incorrect, auto opening only . So I decided it was more hassle than it was worth to return it and then wait until they received it back before they sent a replacement .
