“From ordering to receipt the transaction and delivery was flawless. The shoes were exactly as shown and as required and a nice touch were the "extras" the company threw in (polish, shoehorn, even aftershave sample!) In a world of lacklustre customer service this company shines and will definitely use them again.... oh the price was extremely good too”

“Just purchased a pair of suede Chelsea boots opening the package was an absolute joy, firstly the outer box protected the shoe box and opening the prestige inner box was a charming treasure trove on opening the box there were bags to cover the boots when packing shoe horn ideal for helping get new boots on and a spray sample of Oswin Hyde after shave. To me this shows a company that goes the extra mile for their customers and shows a high level of care and oh yes the boots are fantastic with jeans and a modern tweed suit .”

“Just received Winston Tobacco Suede shoes and delighted. Quick delivery but it's the make me smile bits like seeing the contrast stitching at the tip of the shoes. Brown laces look good and am sure the extra blue laces will look sharp.”

“Quick delivery. Great quality shoes at a great price. Plus the extras. Shoe horn, cleaning pad, replacement laces and a sample of fragrance. A nice touch. Also canvas bags to keep the shoes in. Top notch. Well done.”

“The brass collar on the umbrella had marks on it , clearly from the manufacturing process, I don't mean the type that rub off, also the umbrella said auto opening and closing, was going to send it back until I checked with customer service who had to check, and confirmed that was incorrect, auto opening only . So I decided it was more hassle than it was worth to return it and then wait until they received it back before they sent a replacement .”

“Disappointing to say the least. I purchased some boots from Oswin Hyde’s website. Upon arrival, although each individual blemish was relatively minor…. The boots were covered in faults and damage. I have attached images. Approached their customer services on WhatsApp and although they made their apologies, I was merely told to return them and request an exchange. Now, I do not expect any form of good will as it has not personally inconvenienced me…. However it is somewhat insulting that they would send out a substandard pair of boots and not be ashamed as a company that this has happened, without looking to rebuild their name rather than just chalking it up to bad luck on this occasion. These boots should have never made it to me in that condition in the first place. And the customer service, in my opinion could do with a little more desire to rebuild the company’s image. Honestly…. Would I buy something from here again…? Highly unlikely because I can’t be confident an item received would be ready to wear should I need it for an up and coming event. Update….. replacement pair have a reasonable size blemish on the toes which shows up really well! Sending them back and washing my hands of this company”
