“Placed the order and received the boots the next day, very pleased with the quality of the footwear, Ordered another pair in the Darwin Tan, another nice bonus was the shoe polish & shoe horn which also come in the box.”

“Absolutely amazing. I rang up to see if the shoes I’d ordered for my son could possibly get to me in time for Christmas as the order was so late and a really polite girl sorted it all out so they arrived the next day and was extremely kind. Fantastic excellent service. Thank you!”

“Bought some shoes, came quickly and fitted perfectly. Had a small issue with an eyelet - contacted Oswin Hyde and they responded almost immediately. I returned the shoes and am awaiting a replacement pair. Excellent service and in spite of the issue, an excellent quality product”

“Ordered on 19th Dec. Received confirmation of Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery. Nothing received to date (27-12-23) Except 2 requests for review of service. So here go - Useless! Not delivered for Christmas”
