“I was unsure as to whether I should risk ordering these shoes online without trying them as I have wide feet and have had problems before with ill-fitting shoes I have ordered online. The shoes arrived quickly and were very well packaged, I immediately noticed the quality and craftsmanship of the shoes. I did order the wide fitting and I was pleasantly surprised when I put them on how well they fitted. I realised of course that with any new footwear they would need 'wearing in' but I am confident that given some time and wearing them, they will fit well. Overall, I am very satisfied with these lovely leather shoes.”

“Really great customer service. There was a problem with my original order, in that one item had a small fault. I contacted Oswin Hyde and I received a reply in less than 5 minutes. The return and replacement process was swift and very easy. I am delighted with the service and will definitely shop here again.”

“14 days and still counting for my pair of shoes to be delivered. I am still waiting for the delivery and three times i tried to contact with the firm and no response. Nothing else to say. This is definitely not a professional attitude.”

We apologize for the issues you had with your order of Oswin Hyde shoes, which should not have taken 14 days and counting to be delivered. We did contact you regularly and have provided tracking details for your order. However, the delay in this instance was from Couriers delivering an international order which was out of our control. We take pride in providing the highest level of customer service and it isn't very comforting that you felt let down on this occasion. We are now working to improve our international delivery timelines.
