“Buying from Oswin Hyde has been nothing but a regret. I ordered two pairs of shoes and both were a complete letdown. One pair didn’t even match – the left and right were different colours. When I complained, the company brushed it off, claiming this was acceptable because their shoes are “handmade.” That excuse only underlines how little care goes into what they sell. Their sizing chart is another disaster. I followed their own measuring guide instead of going with my usual size, and the result was shoes that are far too big. The irony is, even if the sizing had been right, the quality is so poor that I wouldn’t have kept them anyway. To add insult to injury, I had to carry the cost of their mistake. I’m now out nearly £6 just to send back shoes I should never have received in that condition. It feels like wasted time, wasted money, and no real accountability from the brand. This is not what I expect from any retailer, let alone one positioning themselves as “quality, premium” I won’t be buying from Oswin Hyde ever again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.”

“Ordered on 19th Dec. Received confirmation of Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery. Nothing received to date (27-12-23) Except 2 requests for review of service. So here go - Useless! Not delivered for Christmas”

“14 days and still counting for my pair of shoes to be delivered. I am still waiting for the delivery and three times i tried to contact with the firm and no response. Nothing else to say. This is definitely not a professional attitude.”

We apologize for the issues you had with your order of Oswin Hyde shoes, which should not have taken 14 days and counting to be delivered. We did contact you regularly and have provided tracking details for your order. However, the delay in this instance was from Couriers delivering an international order which was out of our control. We take pride in providing the highest level of customer service and it isn't very comforting that you felt let down on this occasion. We are now working to improve our international delivery timelines.

“Comfortable shoes and well presented. Absolutely shocking leather. 3 pairs and two different style later. I wouldn’t buy another pair. Extremely cracked leather and glue on the sides. Advised they needed leather cream.”
