Buying from Oswin Hyde has been nothing but a regret. I ordered two pairs of shoes and both were a complete letdown. One pair didn’t even match – the left and right were different colours. When I complained, the company brushed it off, claiming this was acceptable because their shoes are “handmade.” That excuse only underlines how little care goes into what they sell. Their sizing chart is another disaster. I followed their own measuring guide instead of going with my usual size, and the result was shoes that are far too big. The irony is, even if the sizing had been right, the quality is so poor that I wouldn’t have kept them anyway. To add insult to injury, I had to carry the cost of their mistake. I’m now out nearly £6 just to send back shoes I should never have received in that condition. It feels like wasted time, wasted money, and no real accountability from the brand. This is not what I expect from any retailer, let alone one positioning themselves as “quality, premium” I won’t be buying from Oswin Hyde ever again, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
