Just purchased a pair of suede Chelsea boots opening the package was an absolute joy, firstly the outer box protected the shoe box and opening the prestige inner box was a charming treasure trove on opening the box there were bags to cover the boots when packing shoe horn ideal for helping get new boots on and a spray sample of Oswin Hyde after shave. To me this shows a company that goes the extra mile for their customers and shows a high level of care and oh yes the boots are fantastic with jeans and a modern tweed suit .
