I ordered the remaining $60 of my annual fall risk prevention allowance. One bathroom stool, one bathtub mat and one package of night lights. First I received only the night lights, waited 2 more weeks and 2 phone calls that ended with me being told my item were delivered. After writing the warehouse (address at bottom of packing slip) I finally got the bath stool, no mat, just another set of lights!(??)
Looking at the weight on packing slip (7.04 lbs) vs the weight on shipping label (11.4 lbs) I understood, they are scamming, either employees are stealing or just another case of ceo pocketing money. EITHER WAY...PEOPLE ARE BEING BILLED FOR ITEMS THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING AND THAT IS A VIOLATION OF RIGHTS, FRAUD AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES, what about rights under 504?
