This is an update from my previous review of 1 star. After my last review, the company did contact me by email. Not a form letter this time.They asked me to give it acouple more days,then if necessary they would send me another book. I finally got it today, making it 21 days to get here. That is why I gave it 4 stars. They told me 10 days. The book has a nice sized letter size and looks like it will be just what I need to help me set up my new phone. Bottom line: yes I would recommend OTC Ltd. Just have a little more patience than I did.
