Very unimpressed with both the product I received and the customer service. I ordered a bouquet for my sister who just had a baby - i paid for what was supposed to be baby blue with blue flowers, teddy bear and ribbon and instead a white bouquet in a navy blue glass vase arrived. When I called to complain I was told that they would call accounting to give me a partial refund but couldn’t tell me what the refund was. It ended up being 50% of what I paid when it should have been 100% reimbursed as the product I purchased was nothing like the product that arrived. I will be leaving a Google review with pictures. Very unfortunate that this was handled the way it was as I order lots of flowers and am constantly asked for recommendations for events. Will not be recommending this company.
