“Purchased an arrangement for a funeral and the lady (thinking Adriana? Sorry if name is wrong) was able to answer all of my many questions and was able to create a very beautiful arrangement for my aunt. She was very patient with me and listened to exactly what I wanted. Very happy with the service and product provided. Will definitely purchase in the future.”

“The flowers were lovely that I received today but was very disappointed that there was not a package of cut flower food in the delivery. That would have given you a 5 instead of 3.”

“I was not. I supplied my own flowers and vases. paid a lot of money to have them freshened up. I took pictures of what I sent and was PROMISED to get back my flowers that weren't used. Well you guessed it i didn't get back what was not used. Not Happy and will not use again.”

“🌟 5 Stars I chose the Designer’s Choice "As Shown" and it was absolutely perfect! The florist created a gorgeous arrangement that looked even better than expected—fresh, vibrant, and full of unique blooms. You can really trust their creativity and eye for beauty. I’ll definitely be ordering this option again!”

“there is automatic infill on the order form and the flowers can easily go to a previous address. this cannot be corrected by email or phone as ottawa flowers did not respond to emails until i complained and then i received a page full of standard paragraph irrelevant to their response to my order”

“Ottawa Flowers has been our florist of choice for several years for not only for condolence arrangements but for our own parents' funerals. The arrangements for our parents' funerals were overwhelmingly beautiful were obviously created with so much care. We received many compliments especially for our mother's arrangements (Vasiliki Kanellakos) and the owner gave us his personal attention when we ordered them. I can't recommend Ottawa flowers enough. Thank you for all that you do.”

“Ordered some flowers for my parent’s anniversary in October. The flowers were never delivered. I sent 4 emails to their info address, no response after almost 2 weeks. Tried contacting them via “live chat” and received a response after a few days indicating the order was “fulfilled “ and if I had any questions. I responded that, in fact, the order was not fulfilled. That was 2 days again. No response. Very disappointed with this shop and their lack of communication. I want a full refund but Ottawa Flowers Inc has essentially ghosted me. Beware. Not to be trusted.”
