“there is automatic infill on the order form and the flowers can easily go to a previous address. this cannot be corrected by email or phone as ottawa flowers did not respond to emails until i complained and then i received a page full of standard paragraph irrelevant to their response to my order”

“Ordered some flowers for my parent’s anniversary in October. The flowers were never delivered. I sent 4 emails to their info address, no response after almost 2 weeks. Tried contacting them via “live chat” and received a response after a few days indicating the order was “fulfilled “ and if I had any questions. I responded that, in fact, the order was not fulfilled. That was 2 days again. No response. Very disappointed with this shop and their lack of communication. I want a full refund but Ottawa Flowers Inc has essentially ghosted me. Beware. Not to be trusted.”

“The flowers were not what we ordered. We ordered an arrangement to hold my father's urn, the sent us a completely different white arrangement in a vase. Will never order from them again.”

“Ordered Friday for delivery on Sunday. Received an email Sunday night almost 7pm saying a delivery was attempted but couldn't be complete. The reason for the notice at 7 on Sunday was that the type of flowers ordered weren't available. - no call or email earlier to make alternative arrangements, first opportunity was the day after delivery was scheduled.”

“I was disappointed by OttowaFlowers because their website is not accurate. The inventory they say they have available is not accurate, the floral arrangement I selected which was available on the website turned out to not be available and I was not given a refund option. I was also not pleased that if the floral arrangement can not be delivered the first attempt they charge you a second attempt delivery fee.”

“Your employees do not communicate on time after several text are sent. I asked that my issues be discussed with a manager, no one from your Company ever got back to me. I will never order flowers from your establishment again. You do not know how to provide customer service. I plan to tell those that I know to not order flowers from your business.”

“Ordered flowers before 9:30am today and paid for a delivery before 4pm same day. It's now 6:30pm and the recipient still has not received them. Will they? For the $273 dollars I paid I shouldn't be left wondering. First and last time I will use them. Lucky, there are lots of florists in Ottawa that want and will earn the business.”

“Staff is very rude. not helpful at all. arrangements did not look like the picture. and the toy I ordered was a bear. They gave a frog look like a dollar store item.. also, it was going to a business they wanted to charge $25 more to have a delivery time before 4 o’clock. when most businesses close from 9 to 5. very miss representation Would not recommend this company will never order from them again”

“DISAPPOINTED Awful service, customer service and product. They changed my whole bouguet to different flowers and wrapping. It looked nothing like the one I paid for. It was ugly and untasteful. I hate it. I'm disappointed I chose them to deliver flowers for my mother's birthday. Attached is the picture of the one I ordered and the one that was delivered and they take no responsibility of it which is annoying. I was written there is a change in flowers and they will send me the picture which was never sent. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone”

“Had an orchid and a cake delivered as a gift. The orchid arrived good the cake was a mess, it had to have been tipped over for a while for the oils to have soaked in the box. Instead of sending another cake they’re going to reimburse 50%. It’s not good customer service in my opinion, it’ll be the last time anyone in my circle of family and friends that will ever use this company. If I could rate lower than a one star I would have.”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered to an address in Ottawa along with a number to call when delivery was imminent. Instead the flowers were delivered at 9 pm to my home. I had to then drive to deliver them myself. I left messages by phone and email to no avail. Extremely disappointed in service”

“Here's the thing and I'm going to be honest with you. First thing, I was unaware that Ottawa Flowers Inc. used Shopify to process their payments, I did not see that information posted on the site. Second, I receive an e-mail from Ottawa Flowers Inc. advising me that my CC was flagged as High Risk Fraud(according to Shopify) which of course is not true, I immediately spoke to my bank, my CC is valid and has not been flagged and payment was accepted. My next course of action: I cancelled my CC. Third, (and I don't know anyone in their right mind that would do this) they requested I send them THROUGH EMAIL and PHOTOCOPY of the front and back of my CC, PLUS a copy of a valid government issued card. Unbelievable!!!”

“I order some flower online for Mother's Day. When they were delivered, they were already wilted and dying. I was suppose to receive a call reguarding the disappointing order and have not heard anything. Do no recomend.”

“It’s simple. The flowers were never delivered and will never use this service again. I received a call on Friday and gave the man a number to call. He was nice and said he’d re deliver. I find out today they were never delivered and when my mother called she was told delivery wasn’t possible until yiu coipd contact me. I have flowers delivered all over the world and never have these issues. Get your act together. Now I’m out money and my longer didn’t get her Mother’s Day flowers. What an awful business model. I shipment have to check my emails on a weekend to do your job for you. Do your own job!!! I do mine. You do yours.”
