For the amount of money I paid, the bouquet was comically small.

I placed an order for a birthday bouquet a full day in advance of the delivery date. On the day of the planned delivery I received an email at 12:46 informing me that part of the item was not available and asking if I was okay with a substitution. I replied at 3:05 (approx. 2 hours later). The delivery was not made on that day. I was not informed, and was only informed the next day when I phoned for a confirmation of delivery. This was disappointing.

Pros: - Ordered Sunday, delivered on a Monday, within specified time. Cons: - Handwriting sloppy on card - No sender or florist details on delivered item - Wrong product delivered (looked like Xmas, not wedding as specified, and didn't match picture on website)

This was a surprise, your delivery driver showed it delivered. So I call asking it she like the flowers but it wasn’t delivered yet. He push at it was and mess up the surprise. Then when I called the attendant said that it would be delivered in about 30 minutes well the was at 311pm they arrived at 535 pm. Not happy

The flowers looked nice when delivered, but they began wilting the very next day. The poor quality and state the flowers were in were a disappointment for that price.

Sorry, very disappointed as the floral image selected did not look anywhere near the picture when delivered! This erodes the credibility of ordering from far away, when these orders matter and represent special circumstances and need to convey those feelings! Customers need to trust the process, otherwise why bother!

Ordered a costly arrangement with 3 birds of paradise as the centerpiece. The morning of the delivery, they called to say they only had one stem out of the three and that they would replace with something else… When I explained that I had ordered that arrangement specifically for those 3 exotic flowers, the lady took on a very rude condescending tone and kept cutting me off saying that they would replace with something else. When the arrangement was received the one and only bird of paradise was barely showing. Anyways, Ive ordered many arrangements in the past and can honestly say the customer service was subpar and the arrangement didn’t reflect the cost. I won’t be ordering from there again.

I ordered 3 pieces. Only one was delivered on time. The other two pieces were finally found and delivered long after the service was started. It isn't clear where the issue lay, but this did add a great deal of stress to having things run smoothly for my father's funeral. Sadly, most of the roses had already started to turn brown at the edges of the petals. The rest were fine.

Several flowers arrived wilted and the roses lasted for only 1-2 days. Disappointing. Will not use this company again.

Ottawa Flowers is my go to and I have always been extremely pleased until today. A delivery was made however the recipient wasn't home. As I couldn't be reached immediately, the driver left a voicemail asking if he could leave the arrangement with a neighbour as he didn't want to leave it outside in the cold. I returned the call as soon as I was able to, to learn that the arrangement had been returned to the shop. I recieved a call from the shop stating that they could re-deliver it again but I had to now pay for delivery. I was not impressed given that this was not my doing. Perhaps the arrangement should be wrapped differently in winter if this is the case. Very disappointed with this. However, the recipient was extremely pleased with the arrangement.

I would like to begin my remarks by saying that the flowers were beautiful, but I wish that could be said for the delivery service. I ordered flowers for a co-worker yesterday morning at 10:26am, and the flowers arrived at 9:38pm. The person was already in bed when the flowers were delivered. Really!!! At that time the days is over! Being Valentine's Day, one would expect that the flowers would be delivered during the store's hours of 9am to 5pm. The reason the driver was so late, he said that I had written anytime for delivery. I don't recall being asked when I placed my order what time I wanted them delivered. While I understand that yesterday was Valentine's Day and a very busy day for the flower industry, they should hire more delivery people on that day.

Only half of the order was delivered. When I called to find out what happened to the rest of the order that was already paid for, I was told it is too late to deliver the other half. Poor customer service and it's not acceptable taking money for an unfulfilled order.

Order Tue night, driver called Wed to say on the way but didn't arrive until Thursday noon. Box was soaked and flowers had come out of vase and were scattered. It's Xmas and I realize you are busy but ugh. See photo for what was delivered.

I ordered a potted plant to be delivered the next day to my friend for her birthday. I later received an email telling me my order was "on hold", and when I called the florist to ask why they told me it's because the item was out of stock. They said I could pick something from their selection that cost the same amount of money I had paid, but they didn't actually have anything similar. The best they could offer me was a bouquet of flowers that would cost $10 more. Paying more money for a product that's not what I wanted in the first place is bad enough, but when I asked if they could atleast send me a picture of the bouquet so I knew what I was paying for, they said that would cost me extra too. This is poor customer service... if you don't have an item, you should simply update your ordering service to say "out of stock" or "sold out", not offer the customer something totally different (after they've already paid) and have the audacity to charge them extra for it. My friend received her bouquet and she was happy with it, but I will not be ordering from this florist again.

Dear Anonymous, When we had spoken to you regarding the plant being sold out the previous day, you approved the change to fresh cut flowers. Prior to this approval, you wre not yet charged, order was on hold pending your approval. Furthermore, our minimum for delivery is $35, hence why we needed to upgrade the product to allow for it to be delivered. We are happy your friend was happy with the end result.

I thought that the bear will be the same as shown in your site ‘a cuddly bear’ but its not and it also says there its about 12inches, please don’t give false information 🙈 this is my first time to do online delivery its quite disappointing.

I thought that I had sent flowers to Germany online only to discover, 12 hours later, that this did not happen. There was no prompt online to let me know that international shipments were no longer possible and/or difficult to make. Consequently, I missed sending flowers to my aunt's funeral on time.

I ordered the 125$ arrangement, total of 150$ with everything, and I was disapointed in the basket my mother received. I understand it's not exactly as shown in pictures, but I did not get my value.

Not a happy customer. Ordered days in advance for delivery on Mother’s Day yet recipient never received the order. No notification sent to sender nor recipient advising reason on failure of service, highly disappointed.
