“Lovely flowers. Staff could be a bit more organized and/or communicate better. Arrangement needed to be ordered and be delivered the following week. Customer requested she be notified when it was ready for delivery, so message could be added for special gift. None of that occurred. Gift delivered. To correct address, I assume. No name, no message. One expects better service at this price point.”

Dear Regina, We apologize for the misunderstanding that occurred with your order’s card message. We were under the impression that you will call us to provide the message as agreed with the customer support agent you spoke to. Never the less, we take full responsibility for not double checking the order before shipping it to make sure it had the card message. Because of this, we have implemented a new order processing procedure that will prevent issues like this happening in the future. The Ottawa Flowers Team

“I ordered flowers two times from Ottawa Flowers. Both times they had flower substitutions that changed the bouquet considerably from the picture, what was received looked like a $15 bouquet from supermarket. Both bouquets had very common flowers, roses, tulips, daisies. First time they called about the substitution, but not the second time. Will not be using their services in the future.”

“Here’s the review from the person who received it: “I do not think you should use the recent people. They had a lot of filler - ferns. Some petals dropped in package; some dropped in arranging, some dropped as placing container. All first hour.” That and the flowers arrived after dinner time.”

“The flowers were beautiful but the delivery process was horrendous. They tried delivering without calling first and then told me it would be another $20 to attempt a 2nd delivery. The second time they phoned so were successful. You can phone first without ruining the surprise which they did the second time anyways. $40 to deliver a $70 bouquet is insane. Clearly their profit model is on deliveries and not flowers...”

“I ordered a premium bouquet on mother's day and the bouquet that was received was barely big enough to qualify as basic. I paid $141 for something that can be had anywhere for less than $50 delivered. And to top if off, my wife got the bouquet at 9pm.”

“I purchased a bouquet online, however a different arrangement was sent to my mother. After sending a picture of the correct bouquet featured online, and the one received I was told it would be exchanged. The next day, another completely different bouquet was delivered (yet again not the one purchased online). I would have appreciated being told that it was not possible to deliver the arrangement ordered, rather than being lied to- especially when I have been a loyal customer for years”
