I purchased a bouquet online, however a different arrangement was sent to my mother. After sending a picture of the correct bouquet featured online, and the one received I was told it would be exchanged. The next day, another completely different bouquet was delivered (yet again not the one purchased online). I would have appreciated being told that it was not possible to deliver the arrangement ordered, rather than being lied to- especially when I have been a loyal customer for years
