“Good delivery time and nice flowers, unfortunately flowers delivered did not match the picture in your site, neither the balloon size. The balloon in your site’s picture is really big in comparison of what we get. I added the ballon anyways, but I was expecting the one you have in the picture.”

“The delivery time was very late (8:30pm) given that I ordered weeks in advance. That being said, the flowers were very pretty and on par with other flower delivery companies that I have used in the past. It would have been nice to have a more specific order time to choose from or to at least be alerted more specifically. I received a notification that they were out for delivery around noon which was WAY before they actually showed up.”

“The service is really good, reached destination on time both times and were quality flowers. (According to my loved one) Main complaint is the website. Need a lot of work. As a computer engineer, this thing is killing me. Doesn't remember the info of the person I am sending flowers to, no sorting tool for flowers, no descrition of much, no tutorial, only a single images for the flowers and none for the bigger versions ..... This tool has lots of potential, but please invest in it. It will be more than worth it.”

“Placed a same day order for a staff member who had a death in the family. The flowers and fruit basket were ready when I arrived for pickup later that day. Friendly staff member at pickup. Unfortunately, the person we purchased the flowers for said the flowers were not in good shape (dying) 2 days after, which was disappointing considering the cost. She did say fruit was very good.”

“I have always been impressed with Ottawa Flowers, both in terms of their quality and their timeliness. However, I was quite disappointed that the Mother's Day flowers I ordered for my mom didn't arrive until the following day. She was understandably upset and thought that I hadn't remembered or thought of her on this important occasion.”

“I ordered flowers online the Wednesday before Mother’s Day to be delivered to my mother on Mother’s Day. She did not receive them on Mother’s Day, so I called the next morning shortly before 9am. They said they were overwhelmed by orders and could not fulfill them all on Mother’s Day, but would expedite it to be delivered. It is now 3pm and yesterday’s flowers still have not been delivered. I have used Ottawa Flowers several times in the past and have been pleased with the quality, but this incident likely will have me looking elsewhere.”

“The flowers were very nice. However, I ordered a birthday ballon with it that did not arrive (I would like my $3 back then). Also, the order was delivered at almost 10:30pm! That is a bit absurd, the person receiving the flowers had almost gone to bed as this point. I paid $20 for delivery alone so I was expecting a somewhat reasonable time, considering I placed my order over a week prior to the delivery date. Overall, very pleased with the flowers, but disappointed with the rest.”
