“The arrangement was beautiful but the flowers were not exactly as the photo we chose from, they were more sparse and not as full.”

“Efficient checkout, excellent delivery. Bouquet ordered was not what was delivered. Order should have had lillies as per the photo online but no lillies were included in the delivery.”

“The Bouquet was decent but the delivery time was not, I placed the order for my girlfriend at 6am to ensure that they would be delivered before 8pm so she could have them for her birthday, it was almost 11pm when they were knocking on the door and waking her family out of bed to deliver”

“Good delivery time and nice flowers, unfortunately flowers delivered did not match the picture in your site, neither the balloon size. The balloon in your site’s picture is really big in comparison of what we get. I added the ballon anyways, but I was expecting the one you have in the picture.”

“The delivery time was very late (8:30pm) given that I ordered weeks in advance. That being said, the flowers were very pretty and on par with other flower delivery companies that I have used in the past. It would have been nice to have a more specific order time to choose from or to at least be alerted more specifically. I received a notification that they were out for delivery around noon which was WAY before they actually showed up.”

“The service is really good, reached destination on time both times and were quality flowers. (According to my loved one) Main complaint is the website. Need a lot of work. As a computer engineer, this thing is killing me. Doesn't remember the info of the person I am sending flowers to, no sorting tool for flowers, no descrition of much, no tutorial, only a single images for the flowers and none for the bigger versions ..... This tool has lots of potential, but please invest in it. It will be more than worth it.”
