“Great service at pick up. MOst of teh flowers only lasted 5 days or so, which was dissppointing for the price.”

“It was late in the day when the flowers were delivered to my older sister. My sister was not home as a consequence. However I was pleased to hear from my sister that OttawaFlowers check by telephone if she received the flowers placed where they would not be seen from the road. Thanks - Richard”

“Thank you, I ordered a "Designers choice" bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful. I was disappointed in the timing of the delivery, however. I know there was an option to pay extra for a specific delivery time but, as it was a gift for Administrative Professionals day, I did expect that it would be delivered during business hours. She didn't actually see the flowers until the following day, which put a damper on the occassion. That being said, I will order from you again.”

“Nice flowers. They came late but my ex loved them. It was for Valentines day and I had ordered them in advance. We went back together for 1 week after that. She dumped me the again the next Friday. That was real rough Sojo... Math.”

“I ordered flowers for a funeral service, I was asked for the service time upon checkout and the flowers were delivered after everyone had gone home so I never actually saw them and I don’t believe the family did either. EDIT After contacting the shop I was made aware that the driver was having difficulties with their internet and wasn’t able to mark the flowers as delivered on time however they did check the driver log and they were delivered before the start of the service. I didn’t have a chance to see them myself and the family is obviously going through a stressful time so I won’t bother them about it but I’m sure they were beautiful. My only wish is there had been some kind of communication about the delivery. Other than that I’m very happy with the service I received over the phone and the price I paid.”

“The flower was fresh and very beautiful as expected. However, I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the chocolate of my choice was not added. It was totally different chocolate. Please, if you do not have chocolate available, you should not put images of chocolate on your website as selection. Thank you Adanan”
