“As always, very beautiful flowers. Love them! Only problem is with delivery... once again the flowers were left at a neighbour's house! Oh well, can only hope the delivery people will learn to read numbers for the next delivery!”

“The flowers and the arrangement were very well done. Unfortunately, the message was significantly truncated from the message I had written and the person who received the flowers didn’t know that they were from me. I’m not sure how this happened.”

“Thank you for your service. I did order an arrangement for the arrival of a baby. Of course I didn't see the final product but it was delivered on time, good service. I chose that arrangement because of the plush elephant, I hope that is what was delivered. Thank you Louise Lebrun”

“Nice arrangement but I really thought they would come in a container. They were also just left at the front desk no way of knowing until today if they made it to mums room.”

“The flowers arrived & are beautiful i’m told so that is great. My only concern was there was no precall & they were taken to an apartment & just left outside the door. The receiptient went to check what the thud was as I had said there was going to be a delivery for her on Saturday. If she hadn’t been home when they arrived someone else could have picked them up.”

“Efficient, courteous delivery and lovely, fresh flowers, nicely arranged--as always. I do wish I had received advance notice that there would be no white daisies in the bouquet because they were one of the reasons I chose this bouquet. I do realize that supply chains have been an issue for most businesses; however, the customer should be told about changes to an order before they receive the order.”

“Ordered here on multiple occasions, flowers are always gorgeous. Only issue i’ve noticed is my boyfriend and I both got our mothers arrangements for they’re birthdays on the same day but I paid extra for a “premium”bouquet and they came out looking the same. Both beautiful but paying extra didn’t make a difference.”

“My past experience with Ottawa Flowers has always been excellent. However, my latest experience was not good. The birthday bouquet I ordered for May 1 was beautiful, but only lasted 3 days and almost all the flowers had died within a few days after delivery. The replacement bouquet that was offered to me was never delivered. I called a 2nd time the next day and was told it would be delivered shortly after 3 pm that day, but it was only delivered at 9:30 pm to my elderly mother. And the replacement bouquet was quite plain and unimpressive compared to what I had originally ordered and paid for. I’ll need to consider this next time I send flowers.”
