I ordered flowers for a funeral service, I was asked for the service time upon checkout and the flowers were delivered after everyone had gone home so I never actually saw them and I don’t believe the family did either. EDIT After contacting the shop I was made aware that the driver was having difficulties with their internet and wasn’t able to mark the flowers as delivered on time however they did check the driver log and they were delivered before the start of the service. I didn’t have a chance to see them myself and the family is obviously going through a stressful time so I won’t bother them about it but I’m sure they were beautiful. My only wish is there had been some kind of communication about the delivery. Other than that I’m very happy with the service I received over the phone and the price I paid.
