Ordered some flowers for my parent’s anniversary in October. The flowers were never delivered. I sent 4 emails to their info address, no response after almost 2 weeks. Tried contacting them via “live chat” and received a response after a few days indicating the order was “fulfilled “ and if I had any questions. I responded that, in fact, the order was not fulfilled. That was 2 days again. No response. Very disappointed with this shop and their lack of communication. I want a full refund but Ottawa Flowers Inc has essentially ghosted me. Beware. Not to be trusted.
