Ordered flowers before 9:30am today and paid for a delivery before 4pm same day. It's now 6:30pm and the recipient still has not received them. Will they? For the $273 dollars I paid I shouldn't be left wondering.
First and last time I will use them. Lucky, there are lots of florists in Ottawa that want and will earn the business.
