Had an orchid and a cake delivered as a gift. The orchid arrived good the cake was a mess, it had to have been tipped over for a while for the oils to have soaked in the box. Instead of sending another cake they’re going to reimburse 50%. It’s not good customer service in my opinion, it’ll be the last time anyone in my circle of family and friends that will ever use this company. If I could rate lower than a one star I would have.
