DISAPPOINTED Awful service, customer service and product. They changed my whole bouguet to different flowers and wrapping. It looked nothing like the one I paid for. It was ugly and untasteful. I hate it. I'm disappointed I chose them to deliver flowers for my mother's birthday. Attached is the picture of the one I ordered and the one that was delivered and they take no responsibility of it which is annoying. I was written there is a change in flowers and they will send me the picture which was never sent. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone
