“I order some flower online for Mother's Day. When they were delivered, they were already wilted and dying. I was suppose to receive a call reguarding the disappointing order and have not heard anything. Do no recomend.”

“It’s simple. The flowers were never delivered and will never use this service again. I received a call on Friday and gave the man a number to call. He was nice and said he’d re deliver. I find out today they were never delivered and when my mother called she was told delivery wasn’t possible until yiu coipd contact me. I have flowers delivered all over the world and never have these issues. Get your act together. Now I’m out money and my longer didn’t get her Mother’s Day flowers. What an awful business model. I shipment have to check my emails on a weekend to do your job for you. Do your own job!!! I do mine. You do yours.”

“The flowers that I bought and paid for on the 14th, are still not delivered and no one anwsers the phone or returns a call from my message left. I received a notice that the delivery could not be made but I know that there was someone home all day and I provided a cell number for them to call, but that never happened!! Very poor service!!”

“I am very dissatisfied with your “free delivery.” Missing one call from a random phone number by one minute essentially cost me my order. I find it outrageous that the delivery window is 10 hours and no finer estimate can be provided. I will not be ordering from here again.”

“Ottawa Flowers Inc ruined my day, they were mean on the phone, the box with a fancy finishing looks so poor and the delivery guy kept delaying the order (4 calls)… the order was made in advance to receive it between 9 am and 5 pm, 9 pm and nothing received yet !!! Thank you for ruining my day!”

“Very disappointed in the look of the flowers that I sent to a very dear friend. I ordered a dozen yellow roses. She received a tight bunch of so-called roses that looked more like carnations. I was very disappointed.”

“Flowers not delivered on time was supposed to get an upgrade b!!!! Never did never get the 10% off by ordering onlline the fruits was delivered in a box instead of baskets and They were not fredh at all i will never but never order from that place !!!! What a hoke for 152$$$”

“Terrible service. Very late delivery (nearly two days late), and really poor communication. The fruit basket looked awful and nothing like the picture. Very cheap presentation and poor quality. Paid over 100$ for nothing. Don't order from them.”

“I recently chose this flower store for a special anniversary delivery, hoping for a beautiful arrangement and timely service. The order, meant to arrive before 4pm, was unfortunately delayed, with a delivery notification not received until 9:14pm. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out through the store’s chat service, only to be informed that off-hour inquiries are managed via email. A phone call the following day yielded a promise of an email update. However, to my surprise, I instead received a call from the delivery person claiming the bouquet was delivered at 4:35pm, conflicting with the original 9:14pm notification. Still seeking a resolution, I called again in the afternoon to request a refund. I was assured I would receive an update by email by the end of the day. Instead, my inbox was greeted with a request to review their service - an action that felt premature given the unresolved issue. For occasions as sensitive as anniversaries, both the quality of the flowers and the timeliness of their delivery are crucial. Unfortunately, in this instance, the delayed service and the subsequent handling of my concerns have marred an otherwise special occasion. I hope that future customers will experience improved service, where the beauty of the flowers is matched by punctuality and efficient customer resolution. This is the last time I will be using this service.”

“Placed 2 orders, paid for photos of each, and never received a picture of either. I'd like my money back, called and spoke to someone twice, no way to email, still no sign of a refund :(”
