I recently chose this flower store for a special anniversary delivery, hoping for a beautiful arrangement and timely service. The order, meant to arrive before 4pm, was unfortunately delayed, with a delivery notification not received until 9:14pm. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out through the store’s chat service, only to be informed that off-hour inquiries are managed via email. A phone call the following day yielded a promise of an email update. However, to my surprise, I instead received a call from the delivery person claiming the bouquet was delivered at 4:35pm, conflicting with the original 9:14pm notification. Still seeking a resolution, I called again in the afternoon to request a refund. I was assured I would receive an update by email by the end of the day. Instead, my inbox was greeted with a request to review their service - an action that felt premature given the unresolved issue. For occasions as sensitive as anniversaries, both the quality of the flowers and the timeliness of their delivery are crucial. Unfortunately, in this instance, the delayed service and the subsequent handling of my concerns have marred an otherwise special occasion. I hope that future customers will experience improved service, where the beauty of the flowers is matched by punctuality and efficient customer resolution. This is the last time I will be using this service.
