The "As Shown" photograph on your website for Yellow Rose Bouquet is not what was delivered. Short about 10 roses. I attached a photo of what was delivered compared to the "As Shown" on your website. Disappointed.

i ordered flowers for Valentines day - paid and set the date only for it to not show up and then sent an email to write a review about my experience. If you want to pay for flowers and then not have them show up when you want use this company.

We received the cheese and wine hamper as gift from our family. We were absolutely shocked to see that it is charged at $100.00. We received three unripe bananas, one superstore quality Gouda cheese and a bottle non-alcoholic wine listed for $8.00 dollars. I appreciate there is always a mark up for products like this, but feel this is false advertising and should be taken up with the Better business bureau.

The arrangement began dying badly the next day. I accepted the offer of replacement, but it never arrived. No explanation, no apology. There should be a rating option of zero stars. Go to YELP reviews to see other very negative experiences.

Dear Mary Jo Lynch, It is with deep regret that we read your reviews regarding your disappointment with our services. We understand that the first arrangement that was delivered to you December 7th at approximately 5:15pm, was affected by the cold weather and did not last the way it should have. A replacement arrangement was offered to you with an upgrade which was successfully delivered to you personally December 14th at approximately 5pm by one of our long time trusted drivers. After seeing yet another 1 star review on another platform, we attempted to call you December 18th and sent you a follow up email confirming the above with no response. I was extremely disappointed in the Christmas basket I ordered. It hardly resembled the photo on your web site - not even close, actually. Very disappointing. I will not be ordering from this store again. You can see by the actual photo of the basket and the screen shot of the item on the website, how different two are.

to be honest i expect the flowers to be like photos at least similar but it was totally different, not satisfy, they suppose to ask for your approval before changing all flowers and send you picture if you accept this changing but they did not

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to arrive on her birthday May 17th. This company sent the flowers on Mother's day, one week early instead. There is a mother in the house, and this caused some very awkward confusion. I wouldn't care if it was one or two days off from her birthday, but an entire week? Only one flower was still alive for her birthday. I tried to contact customer support, but they would not respond. For the amount of money I spent here, I expected more. They even waited till after her birthday to mark the order as "Complete." To top it all off, the bouquet was short one flower.

I ordered 3 different orders for 2 different occasions..... both times the orders were never delivered and never received any information as to why it was never delivered or that they couldn't fulfill the order prior to the delivery

You had one job, flowers did not arrive for Mother’s Day. Don’t take so many orders if you can’t come through . Two orders, no flowers ordered weeks ago.

Flowers never arrived. No way to contact the company and left with a disappointed wife. If the company remedies the situation I’ll write back here but I’m skeptical after reading many other reviews. Should be referred to the Better Business Bureau for the number of complaints they are receiving. Considered fraudulent if you take people’s money and don’t deliver a product or a refund.

Never delivered my mom's flowers for Mother's Day. They took wayy too many orders and were overbooked. They called me past 6.30PM on Mother's Day to let me know that they were not going to honor my order. I was not happy at all with my experience. They could have taken few orders if they knew they couldn't make it, at least I would have gone with another vendor.

Mothers' Day order not delivered. I know it's a pandemic. The store could at least call to tell me that they won't deliver. Second bad experience. Last time I use service.

There is really nothing worse you can do to a customer than not delivering flowers on Mother's day. I paid $140.12 for a Mother's day order to be delivered and it never arrived. Even after chatting 3 times with customer service. No phone number to call other than a chat line. No ability to leave contact info/message via email. Horrible. Do NOT deal with this company!!

Ordered flowers and never delivered. Could not get a hold of the company all day and no response from them or a courteousy call or email as to why the order was not fulfilled. Bad customer service. Would not use them again

If i had a chance not to give a star, I would. Poor customer service, poor quality, poor communication. I will share my story as I think i need to be heard. I haven’t seen my mother for 3 years and I wanted to do something nice and choose a good quality flowers with the service. As eblooms mentioned that they are “awarded flowershop in Ottawa” I decided to give it a try. Spending over 160$ on the bouquet, I was told my Mom will receive flowers in the morning. So guess what? It is 7 pm and yet no flowers. I tried to contact the store, but no answer, no one returning the calls nor answering my email. I contacted the life chat and Emily ( who I think should not be working in Customer Service) was very rude, did not answer any of my questions and at the end just disabled my access to the life chat. Well oh well. Im sitting here and hoping for the best. My first and last time having business with this company, and I will also assure my friends and family not to have any business with this flower shop.

They failed to deliver the Mother’s Day flowers on time. I ordered on Saturday and did not get the order today (will it even arrive tomorrow?). Also you cannot speak to a person, there is no answering machine, there is no live chat function and no emails were returned. I had to turn to Facebook to get a response and was told there is no way to know if my flowers will arrive. $200 for Mother’s Day down the drain. Read Yelp reviews with similar experiences; this company is not reliable.

First delivery attempt failed doubly: the crystal vase I had ordered was broken in delivery, and I was promised an afternoon delivery. (This spoiled the surprise as well). Furthermore, after adjusting plans to remain home to wait for second delivery, received an email...after closing hours...that no one was home (!). Unreliable service
