“DISAPPOINTED Awful service, customer service and product. They changed my whole bouguet to different flowers and wrapping. It looked nothing like the one I paid for. It was ugly and untasteful. I hate it. I'm disappointed I chose them to deliver flowers for my mother's birthday. Attached is the picture of the one I ordered and the one that was delivered and they take no responsibility of it which is annoying. I was written there is a change in flowers and they will send me the picture which was never sent. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone”

“Had an orchid and a cake delivered as a gift. The orchid arrived good the cake was a mess, it had to have been tipped over for a while for the oils to have soaked in the box. Instead of sending another cake they’re going to reimburse 50%. It’s not good customer service in my opinion, it’ll be the last time anyone in my circle of family and friends that will ever use this company. If I could rate lower than a one star I would have.”

“I ordered flowers to be delivered to an address in Ottawa along with a number to call when delivery was imminent. Instead the flowers were delivered at 9 pm to my home. I had to then drive to deliver them myself. I left messages by phone and email to no avail. Extremely disappointed in service”

“Efficient checkout, excellent delivery. Bouquet ordered was not what was delivered. Order should have had lillies as per the photo online but no lillies were included in the delivery.”

“Here's the thing and I'm going to be honest with you. First thing, I was unaware that Ottawa Flowers Inc. used Shopify to process their payments, I did not see that information posted on the site. Second, I receive an e-mail from Ottawa Flowers Inc. advising me that my CC was flagged as High Risk Fraud(according to Shopify) which of course is not true, I immediately spoke to my bank, my CC is valid and has not been flagged and payment was accepted. My next course of action: I cancelled my CC. Third, (and I don't know anyone in their right mind that would do this) they requested I send them THROUGH EMAIL and PHOTOCOPY of the front and back of my CC, PLUS a copy of a valid government issued card. Unbelievable!!!”

“Very disappointed with their delivery service. A mothers day order (placed well in advance) was delivered close to 10pm on Mother’s Day, way too late to be appreciated by our elderly mother the day of. Will not be ordering again.”
