“Your delivery person wouldn't go into the box office and therefore the delivery was delayed by a day. They even posted a message that 'the person they spoke to inside..." That made no sense.”

“Provided exactly what I was looking for in a timely manner. Then delivered the bouquet on time to my friend. She was surprised and excited to receive them. Brightened her day. I'll definately use Ottawa Flowers again. Probably this week because it's my friends birthday.”

“Sorry to say but these flowers were very poor quality. They were to be for our 41st wedding anniversary and I was so disappointed. The stems were full of mould and the leaves had insects eating the leaves. We immediately disposed of them. No, I cannot recommend this store. It might have been a "one of" but, we were the "one of".”

“Staff is very rude. not helpful at all. arrangements did not look like the picture. and the toy I ordered was a bear. They gave a frog look like a dollar store item.. also, it was going to a business they wanted to charge $25 more to have a delivery time before 4 o’clock. when most businesses close from 9 to 5. very miss representation Would not recommend this company will never order from them again”
