I want to extend my sincerest thanks to your wonderful driver, James, for his help yesterday! He found my 90-year-old aunt who had fallen on the side of the icy, snowy road as she walked to my house. Unfortunately, she has dementia and slipped out of the house when my uncle wasn't looking! James scooped her up, called an ambulance, brought her up to my house, and helped my get her inside. If he hadn't found her...? I don't want to think about it. James, my family and I are grateful for your kindness! Thank you!
