Very disappointed with the flowers I received for my birthday. They were of poor quality, some were dry and others were faded.
The arrangement consisted of a bunch of flowers just clumped together without any visual appeal. It actually looked like what one would get from a corner-store. I will be asking my son to no longer buy my bouquets from Ottawa Flowers.
