I am really disappointed ,
I placed my order four days ago to be delivered today before noon, yet until 2PM the delivery status is still on progress . I've tried unsuccessfully all the phone numbers posted on the website contacts to speak to a representative . for more than 8 times I called I always found an automatic message , I even wrote an email 3 hours ago and I am still waiting for an answer or update .
