It’s wrong having to sign two different contracts when I have already got a contract . This nonsense service rental with expensive excess fee .while my vehicle is Kia garage you have paused my contact. And had to sign a new contract with more expensive than my contract. And nothing going to car which is unfair and money grabbing. You need to do better and support the drivers instead of them using as your money making tools.
